We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth however, exceptions for alternate work arrangements may be considered.

CUI Specialist, Supply Chain – FLRAA

Bell has an opening in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters for a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Specialistto support FLRAA Procurement Project Management efforts for the development program.

In this role, the CUI Specialist, Supply Chain will support the FLRAA Strategic Sourcing team and supply base to ensure supply chain and supplier processes are compliant with required data security and recordkeeping protocols. Additionally, the individual will be key in developing and executing Supply Chain best practices for data security and cybersecurity.

What you’ll be doing as a CUI Specialist, Supply Chain - FLRAA

  • Develop, oversee, execute, maintain, and train the FLRAA Supply Chain controlled unclassified information (CUI) policies in alignment with company policies and program requirements, including periodic updates to ensure they remain current.

  • Develop a CUI education, training, and awareness program for internal supply chain personnel and necessary stakeholders.

  • Ensure the FLRAA supply base has appropriate CMMC measures in place for CUI protection, provide necessary input to awards and perform routine compliance monitoring.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Supply Chain’s classification of information according to security requirements.

  • Perform routine inspections and incident response to ensure Bell Supply Chain personnel follow established policies and procedures to classify information, including appropriate labeling of documents.

  • Assist Supply Chain professionals in the negotiation of cybersecurity requirements in all statements of work and contractual documents with suppliers.

  • Review and analyze supplier data and monitor supplier compliance

Qualifications

Skills You Bring To this Role

Ability to work in a matrixed and collaborative environment.

A solid understanding of, and experience with, Data Security and Data classifications.

Working knowledge of current government mandated cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Ability to prioritize work,strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset.

Excellent communicator, must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, and brief leaders/customers/suppliers.

What you need to be successful

Experience in supporting CUI programs.

One or more Security certifications (such as Security , CISSP).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar degree.

Certification in Cyber Security is preferred.

Current security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret-level clearance.

Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
