Aston Carter Aircraft Records Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas

Description:

Position Purpose: Serve as a member of the ACM Monitors department, responsible for creating and removing the non-routine tasks on AC.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Monitors department.

• Process non-routine maintenance alerts and ensure SCEPTRE is tracking accurately

• Perform second reviews for items set up by other team members

• Closed out Monitors that have been completed after verifying that paperwork correctly substantiates the closure

• Work directly with TSD and Planning with there is a question on how to set up or if it’s okay to close a Monitor

• Verify completion paperwork for non-routine maintenance has made it to AirVault

• Research and resolve Monitors tracking with a closed LP

• Submit ECNs on documents that may need to be corrected
