Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Fort Worth, Texas

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be expected to manage facilities, ensure a clean and organized office environment, handle service requests, maintain office supplies, and provide executive administrative support among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the facilities management including regular collaboration with vendors to maintain a secure and well-kept office space.

• Ensure the office is clean and tidy, including regular inspections and validation of services provided externally.

• Handle all aspects related to the essential operations and functions of the office, including managing maintenance calls and service requests.

• Carry out inventory checks on office supplies and coordinate order management and purchasing.

• Act as the primary contact for all office employees and visitors, assisting with routine inquiries related to the building, office services processes, guest registration, and other onsite activities.

• Plan and execute company events including business events and employee gatherings.

• Administer programs in assigned areas and ensure changes and updates are communicated to appropriate internal and external partners.

• Manage incoming calls, the office phones, location calendar, and ensure cleanliness and sanitization of shared and client-facing spaces.

• Support leadership teams with scheduling, travel, and monthly expense reporting.

• Provide executive administrative support as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Strong data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and formulas.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with experience in managing emails, appointments, and contacts.

• Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create high-quality presentations.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
