We are looking for a detail oriented and tech savvy Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client in Fort Worth. In this role, you will focus on relationships with customers, prompt and accurate posting of cash receipts, monthly/ annual reporting, and any additional tasks as necessary. Being a team- player is a key trait we are looking for in a candidate. Prior manufacturing and Great Plains experience is a plus. Responsibilities

• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts

• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

• Process credit applications for new customers

• Maintain customer sales tax exemption forms

• Set up new customers in the ERP and Accounting system

• Respond to customer queries regarding copies of invoices, credits, and payments

• Cross train on customer billing process

• Verify that emailed AR invoices were sent correctly

• File AR invoices and backup documents

• Assist Controller with End of Month tasks

• Respond to credit inquiries about our customers who use us as a credit reference

• Back up other accounting staff as needed
