Industry leader is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join their dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You should have at least 3 yrs of similar experience and hold a 4-yr engineering degree. Very strong company both financially and in terms of team culture (low turnover!). responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in areas like productivity, waste reduction, and quality control

  • Develop and implement solutions to improve operational performance, including designing and testing new processes, modifying existing equipment, and implementing lean manufacturing principles

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality control) to troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions

  • May be involved in the selection and implementation of new equipment or automation systems

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies relevant to manufacturing processes

requirements:

  • BS Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar)

  • Minimum 2-3 yrs process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

  • strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including process analysis, design, and improvement methodologies

  • Ability to travel up to 20% (typically 1 trip a month, 2-3 days at most)
