Summary

Works with internal communications manager and communications team to support daily strategic communications for Parkview Health, with a focus on leadership communications. Develops and reviews communication materials for internal stakeholders, assisting with preparation and execution of internal communications output, including strategic communications plans. Ensures communication strategies are consistent and reflect Parkview’s strategic vision, supporting plans and ideas with research and experience. Refines core messaging to ensure consistency in all aspects of internal communication including development, organization and education. Ensures consistent framing of messages through content creation, curation and editing. Works with Communications team members to execute internal communication needs within identified timeframe.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations.

Experience

Five years of experience required, with healthcare experience preferred

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills, with advanced journalistic, creative writing and editing abilities. Possesses high levels of professionalism and comfortability in collaborating with leaders at all levels.
