The Development & Expansion Integration Specialist, is a driving force in elevating PSE operations, utilizing foresight, business expertise, and leadership acumen to contribute to the growth and profitability of Parkview Health. As a pivotal member of the Parkview Enterprise, LLC team, holds a crucial role. Working closely with the Director of Parkview Enterprises, actively contributes to formulating and executing strategic initiatives aimed at fostering direct to consumer revenue growth for PSE, enhancing customer interactions, and optimizing operational efficiency. Embodies a proactive, hands-on, and innovative ethos, marked by an entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and unwavering pursuit of excellence. Exemplifies initiative, often taking on leadership roles, and confidently addresses internal and external challenges. In demanding situations, demonstrates resilience and takes ownership of executing intricate, value-added projects that showcase dedication to both colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of finance or development experience, including 1 year in investment banking.

  • Proficiency in research, analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong commitment to delivering quality work under tight time constraints.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent deadlines.
