Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage their workload on a daily basis.

In this position, the individual will be responsible for handling adjustments and credit/debit memos, preparing periodic reports, maintaining accounts receivable records, and executing other duties as needed. You will be part of a team but will also need to demonstrate an ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling of Accounts Receivable adjustments, credit, and debit memos

• Assist with billing and collections

• Maintain accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records

• Work with customers to resolve account discrepancies

• Preparation of reports for internal and external use

  Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

• Some Accounting background required

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is a plus

• Experience with financial software packages

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word

• Demonstrated problem-solving and team collaboration skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• A positive attitude and the ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
