Description We are searching for a competent Product Manager to join our team in the Paper/Packaging industry. Based in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania, you will play a key role in guiding the development and enhancement of our ERP product offerings within the packaging sector. This role necessitates a blend of technical expertise, market insight, and strategic vision in the ever-evolving paper and packaging industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and QA to define product requirements and deliverables for our ERP solutions.

• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and translate these insights into actionable product improvements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure the ERP system meets their evolving needs.

• Assist in developing and articulating the product vision and strategy for our ERP solutions within the packaging sector.

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and innovation.

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and enhancements.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth within the packaging industry.

• Analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to position our ERP solution effectively.

• Develop and deliver product training materials and sessions for internal teams and clients.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.

• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous product enhancement. Requirements • Solid experience in the Paper/Packaging industry

• Proven track record in a Product Manager role or similar

• Proficiency in Android Development

• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for project management

• Experience in Bug Tracking and resolving technical issues

• Understanding of Cloud Technologies and their application in business

• Experience using Confluence for team collaboration

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software

• Experience in AB Testing and data analysis

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience in Backlog Grooming and prioritizing tasks
