Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Working in a Primary Care Clinic, you will play a vital role in managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area, greeting and directing patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Handle patient inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.

• Assist in the completion of web-based training for gaining access to the EHR system.

• Utilize the Epic EHR system for patient record keeping and management.

• Support clinical trial operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and guidelines.

• Leverage bilingual skills, if applicable, to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.

• Assist with other receptionist duties as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations. Requirements • Must have relevant experience in Receptionist Duties

• Proficient in Web-based Applications

• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM is required

• Experience with Epic Software is desirable

• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Operations is necessary

• Training in relevant fields will be advantageous

• Experience in a Primary Care environment is preferred

• Any additional skills (A Plus) will be considered favorably.
