Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer County, Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Turkey Loader to join our team in Fort Recovery.

SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Thursday approximately 7:00pm-5:00am STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.55 with the potential of increasing to $17.90 after 90 days PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

• Safely and humanely loading turkeys while always keeping grower and company needs a priority.
• Ensuring all equipment and boots are disinfected after every herd.
• Following all bio-security practices and SOPs as they relate to the position.
