Job Summary:

Qualified candidates are responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of Facility equipment and buildings/grounds. Candidate will be required to physically maintain all integral components in a manner consistent with manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of conveyor systems, material handling equipment and warehouse storage racking and related components

• Abides by TCP and state regulated safety policies

• Notifies Supervisor of any safety concerns or violations

• Supports Maintenance Supervisor with routine facility inspections, fire system inspections, light tenant improvement projects, etc.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Provide excellent customer service to all internal customers

Education and Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus

• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud

• Must have the ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and schematics.

• Electronic, electrical skills are required, good understanding of mechanical principals needed.

• Must have the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and PLC’s.

• Minimum 5 years of experience and/or training in maintenance or a related field.

• Intermediate PC skills are required
