We are seeking an Office Manager with strong experience in Accounting (related degree or work experience required).
Job Duties:
Accounting
Journal Entries, preparing P&Ls, creating invoices
Matching transactions to actuals
AR/AP
Payroll
Team Scheduling
New Employee Onboarding
Employee relation management for administrative purposes
Manage Vendor relationships
Organize documents electronically
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience with QuickBooks preferred, not required
Experience with Paycor preferred, not required
Skills Needed:
Professional communication
Self starter
Ability to complete tasks within a set timeline
Extremely proficient with computers
Extremely organized
