The pay rate for this job is $20 - $24 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of framing structures

• Measure, cut, and shape wood using hand and power tools Assemble 

• Install framing structures, including walls, floors, and roofs

• Install windows, doors, and other fixtures Inspect and repair damaged framing structures

• Ensure that all work is completed according to building codes and safety regulations

• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Framing Carpenter

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

• Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy materials
