You Must Have (Minimum Qualifications):

• A minimum of 18 years of age; work experience in manufacturing environment or team leadership position, or equivalent education training; mechanical skills/ aptitude; strong time management and organizational skills; and demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.

• The Cheese Team Lead must be able to read, write and speak the English language in order to understand/adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), to communicate effectively with others, to complete required documentation both in written and electronic form utilizing the English language.

• The Cheese Team Lead must have demonstrated prior leadership experience and computer proficiency in email, internet, and Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• The Cheese Team Lead must have the ability to: perform essential job functions which may include lifting up to 65 lbs; access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairs; evaluate and identify mechanical conditions and make adjustments or corrective action as necessary; wear required personal protective equipment; work in hot, humid, and cold areas; comply withall applicable safety practices; complete written reports; perform basic mathematical calculations; enter data into and pull data from computer systems.

• The Fort Morgan plant is a 24 hour; 7 day a week operation which requires the Cheese Team Lead to work 12 hour shifts to include days, nights, and weekends.

• This position requires the incumbent to work on site at the facility to be able to perform the associated job responsibilities.

• The Cheese Team Lead must be able to work overtime and holidays when required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
