Standing assembly line work. Bundles and packs twist-ties, gang-ties, or label-ties manually. Also, read and check job sheet to verify labels have the correct item #, case pack and description. Ensure tires are in accordance with specifications listed on the job sheet. (i.e. color, print, length, width). During shift, stand at catcher station on assembly line and bundle or place ties that come off end of machine into an inner carton and/or box.\ Inspect ties for quality as they come out of the end. The ties must be bonded, wires properly inserted, and printed correctly on both sides. If quality isnt acceptable, notify operator to resolve. Place unacceptable ties in scrap trash can.\ Accurately account number of bundles necessary to make complete cases and ensure no omission of ties or no extra ties of are produced.
