Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. Our company manufactures industrial

mixers designed for clients in various industries, including Adhesives,

Sealants, Silicones and Caulks, Coatings and Paints, Cosmetics and

Pharmaceuticals, Inks and Pigments, Rubber, Polymers, Resins, and Foams, and

Specialty Chemicals processing industries. You will be responsible for custom

projects involving MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on 304 stainless steel,

primarily working on tanks, frames, and assemblies. Previous experience with

welding codes and the ability to pass a 6G welding test is a plus. This role is

primarily focused on custom work, with some basic tasks as well.

Work Environment

Non-climate controlled environment; hot in the summer

and cold in the winter. Open air environment, with parts and sheet metal

throughout the workspace. The role requires a quality over quantity mindset.

Dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and gloves. The team

consists of 4 assemblers, fostering a small family environment. The shift is

1st shift, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with current extended hours due to high order

volume and staffing needs, including some weekend work

6:00am-4:30pm

Monday-Thursday, OT on Fridays as needed

Pay Rate

$22.00-$26.00 per

hour based on experience
