Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm. *Required Overtime will be mandatory
Pay rate: $17.60 per hour - $26.45 per hour

What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Business & Administrative Support is responsible for assisting general business operations by providing an array of administrative and data support activities.
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
Job Summary
Assist one or more functional areas within the Cross Dock operations by performing a variety of administrative and serve as a back up for both the Sr. Coordinator and Tech Tech II QA.
Responsibilities
Back up Sr, Coordinator Transportation in all activity that includes domestic and international shipping through CHILE.
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting from the following systems, Mercury Gate, Fed Ex and PRMS.
Issue RGA’S and coordinate with the DC of overages and disposition of shortages or damages in a backup capacity.
Research and communicate with all external customers pertaining to delivery inquires and updates.
Coordinate investigations of shipments in question.
Performs a variety of administrative support to the supervisor and manager.
Perform duties within the scope of the Sr. Coordinator and Tech II QA, when backfilling due to absence.
Perform to company standard 5’s program.
Perform other duties within the scope of job assignment as assigned by the Supervisor and or lead.
Perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by the Company, Local, and State and Federal provisions.
Manage weekly inspection process (create employee rotation/ manage schedule)
Perform daily trailer lot audit
Qualifications
2-3 years of administrative support preferred.
High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Computer experience in using AS400, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
