Insight Global LHI Facilitates Administrator in Fort Mill, South Carolina

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a LHI Facilitates Administrator for one of our large clients in the Charlotte area. This Administrator will ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes, purchase orders, and invoices and provide support to other areas of the department as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing leasehold improvement (LHI) process (from start to finish) - 75%

  • Obtain and manage LHI contracts, submit capital expenditure requests to - Fleet Management, acquire approvals from RVP & SVP/EVP - 30%

  • Write and receive LHI purchase orders and process invoices (scan, verify, & export into Wynne - Taskmaster is a multi-step accounting software) - 25%

  • Maintaining LHI fiscal year budget and LHI regional/specialty division reports (RVP & SVP/EVP) - 15%

  • Assisting Construction Managers with budgeting - 10%

  • Research past due invoices and respond to other supplier inquires/requests - 5%

  • Special projects (within and outside department), filing leasehold improvement contracts & invoices, and updating Facilities SharePoint - 10%

  • Assist with processing and approving other facility invoices (i.e. security, waste, utilities, repairs). Manage start and stop notices for all and services utilities. - 25%

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative/clerical experience in a business environment

  • Good computer skills, with software experience in Excel,

-Word, Access, and Outlook

-General understanding of basic accounting concepts

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external contacts

  • Good investigative and reconciliation skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining well organized

  • Independent worker

  • Data entry experience, with high degree of accuracy - Real estate experience with leases and landlord communication

  • WYNNE experience

  • TriTeq null
