Eurofins Client Relationship Specialist in Fort Mill, South Carolina

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day
communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional
client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments. Tasks include
sample receipt and processing, interaction with clients, and reviewing and
submitting of reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
Regular attendance and punctuality
Collect samples from on-site drop box
Organize and record samples
Data entry into LIMS
Maintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeeping
Review analytical reports quickly and accurately
Scan and send out reports in a timely manner
Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Login of all samples in a timely manner
Label of all samples
QC of samples/projects prior to sending into the laboratory
Interact with clients and answer incoming phone calls
Report status information to clients
contact clients for clarification of analysis requested
Bachelors Degree required, Biology degree preferred
Customer service experience 1-2 years
Experience working in a laboratory setting
High level of experience working within Microsoft Excel
Additionally, individuals will need to be level tempered and handle communications with clients in a professional and respectful conduct, handle and work well under pressure in fast pace and stressful situations.

This role will be a full time role, first shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday - Friday.
