Responsibilities:

• Leads execution of the Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) team within the JSP enterprise environment to include activations/deactivations, installations, relocations, and upgrades of equipment.

• Leads a proficient MACs Execution Team.

• Leads all MACs execution tasks, including hardware moves, port activations/deactivations, and office reconfigurations.

• Ensures compliance with JSP's change management process and tracks MAC statuses.

• Analyzes recurring problems related to MACs, networks, and systems under JSP's purview.

• Tracks all MAC requests and provides visibility of statuses to customers.

• Prepare monthly summary reports.

• Manages all Change Requests (CRQs) for additions, removals, and modifications to Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) maintenance coverage.

• Prepares, submits, and tracks CRQ approvals.

• Update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in order to trace MACs.

• Follows change and configuration management policies and processes.

• Oversees the execution of projects within budget and on schedule.

Required Experience :

• 3 years relevant experience

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field

• RCDD
