Summary About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. Responsibilities Assures users receive standard systems administration support, such as adding and deleting users. Determine when KM assets are outdated and no longer useful for the team’s analytical purposes. Provides thorough quality assurance (QA) review to assure output meets leadership’s communications objectives. Analyze the effectiveness of the knowledge management assets and administrative processes being utilized. Administering knowledge management programs and operations in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; Coordinating internal task management systems for organizational use; Developing detailed plans for incremental implementation and integration of knowledge management for an organization.
