Conduct formal and individual training to Defense Travel System users. Perform budget formulation and administrative work involving preparation and review of annual funding needs. Specialized Experience: Have one-year specialized experience which includes experience in 1) Utilizing automated financial systems (such as the Defense Travel System) to input and extract data and generate reports; 2) Preparing written and oral presentations; 3) Applying budget execution procedures and techniques for budget formulation, execution and justification. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
