Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Technical Project Manager to support the Army Data and Analytics Platform contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist the Army in a full range of program/product management and administration, financial, technical, and business transformation. Position located in Richmond, VA.
Under direct supervision, has duties of instructing, directing, and checking the work of other project engineers. Review and design documents and ensure technical specifications and designs are correct. Responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Leads a group of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians assigned for the duration of a project or may function as ongoing lead within a group of engineers associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function (such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support). Does not have formal supervisory responsibilities, although may provide input for (project) team member performance appraisals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with management and project teams to identify root or systemic causes and problems and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Analyze and review documentation procedures and controls. Plan, organize, analyze, evaluate, and provide technical oversight to data analysis and business process review projects through application of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
Develop, plan, and schedule, estimate resource requirements, define milestones and deliverables, monitor activities, and evaluate and report on accomplishments.
Identify alternative solutions to problems in assigned projects.
Conduct analysis of the most complex business problems.
Work with management to apply findings and recommendations to develop agency strategies and corresponding business objectives.
Required qualifications:
10+ years’ experience as Operations Analyst or related field.
Experience with financial systems and managing program budgets.
3+ years’ experience to build and maintain lasting customer relationships, external stakeholder networks, and teaming partnerships Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Required Education:
Master's Degree required.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret Clearance is required.
