Native American Technology Corporation (NATECH) is seeking a National Intelligence Coordinator to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting our contract with the Army Mission Control Training Program (MCTP) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The MCTP trains Brigade, Division, and Corps Commanders and their staff during simulation-driven command post Warfighter Exercises (WF) in support of Large-Scale Combat Operations and across Multi-Domain Operations.

In MCTP exercises, the Unified Action Partner Cell (UAPC) portrays governmental and nongovernmental organizations and elements of the private sector with which Army training audiences plan, coordinate, synchronize, and integrate during the conduct of operations. MCTP utilizes this team to develop the inclusion of UAPs in exercise Operational Environments (OEs), scenario development, storyline development, and other requirements in garrison and while deployed to events.

The purpose of this position is to incorporate non-military Interagency Intelligence Community injects to ensure the replications of Political, Military, Economic, Social, Information, Infrastructure, and the physical domain factors in the scenarios OE and all assigned exercises and other events. The ideal candidate has worked for a national/civilian intelligence agency such as CIA, DIA, NSA, etc., with relevant middle or senior level experience working within a complex emergency, contingency, stability operations, or warfighting environment.
