Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Partnerships & Affiliate Sales Manager with a strong background in eCommerce and Retail to lead the development of affiliate and content partnerships, and drive revenue through strategic collaborations. This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual who can build, manage, and scale relationships with key partners while effectively selling the value of our various opportunities. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in creating joint marketing programs using a variety of innovative tactics such as unique offers, commission structures, and other strategic techniques to maximize partner success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and onboard affiliate and content partners to expand brand reach and increase online sales.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to promote the company’s eCommerce offerings, presenting our program’s value to potential partners and converting leads into active relationships.

  • Affiliate Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the affiliate marketing program, optimizing partnerships to drive growth and performance.

  • Joint Marketing Programs: Create and implement joint marketing programs by leveraging tactics such as exclusive offers, custom commissions, and other promotional techniques that incentivize partners to drive sales and engagement.

  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with internal teams (including Digital Marketing, Content, and Product) to create effective campaigns and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly analyze partnership performance, providing insights and reporting to ensure the highest ROI for all campaigns.

  • Relationship Building: Establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, fostering loyalty and trust.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on eCommerce trends, affiliate marketing innovations, and competitor strategies to continually refine and improve our approach.

  • Contract Negotiation: Manage the negotiation process with partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce, sales, or marketing partnerships, with a proven track record in affiliate marketing and Retail eCommerce.

  • Strong sales skills with a history of successfully selling programs, building business relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to create joint marketing programs that leverage tactics such as unique offers, custom commissions, and other innovative promotional techniques to drive partner success.

  • Experience in Retail marketing or prior work in Retail is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously while achieving growth objectives.

  • Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and delivering value.

  • Knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
