Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. (TTI) has an opening for a Senior Accountant Analyst at its office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida! This position will report to the Director of Finance. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Forecast Review: Conduct and analyze periodic financial forecasts to ensure accuracy, identify variances, and recommend necessary adjustments.

• Budget Comparison: Compare actual financial performance to budgeted figures, identifying key variances and providing insights to management.

• Cost Center Spend Review: Monitor and analyze cost center expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and corporate financial goals.

• Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives.

• Variance Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis into revenue and expense variances, providing clear explanations and strategic recommendations.

• Monthly Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership.

• Data Integrity & Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in SAP and other financial systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units and stakeholders to provide financial insights, drive process improvements, and support strategic projects.

• Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Support senior leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement enhancements to financial planning processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.

Job / Employment Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field required.

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a combination of Big 4/Big 8 public accounting and corporate accounting roles.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex financial processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Experience in SAP or other major ERP systems required;

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools; proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting financial data effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify trends, evaluate options, and recommend actionable solutions.

• Inquisitive mindset with the ability to investigate unusual data patterns, connect the dots, and educate stakeholders.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures.

• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements, driving change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Exempt Position

• The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000
