Carnival Cruise Line Revenue Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Job Description

We’re looking for an amazing Revenue Analyst. You’ll be responsible for optimizing pricing in a dedicated deployment and/or market and maximizing revenue opportunities. .

Responsibilities

  • Analyses booking trends and pace by reviewing a variety of data sources to see week over week pace and year over year data to support and implement new pricing strategies.

  • Monitors booking performance of voyages vs. targets and makes recommendations for course correction as needed.

  • Supports the implementation of pricing initiatives for communications to consumers and travel agents, such as direct mail and regional promotions.

  • Ensures optimization of revenue by managing promotion availability, raising fares or adjusting inventory availability.

  • Analyses booking trends and pace by reviewing week over week pace and year over year data to support new pricing strategies.

  • Monitors booking performance of voyages vs. targets and makes recommendations for course correction as needed.

  • Ensures optimization of revenue by managing promotion availability, raising fares or adjusting inventory availability

  • Collaborate with Promotion Coordinators to ensure accurate pricing initiative implementation into reservation system.

  • Works with Market Performance team to identify voyages to be included and/or featured in various marketing pieces and channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Business, Economics, Hotel Management, Marketing​

  • Minimum Experience (if preferred but not required, list as such):

  • Minimum Qualifications (if preferred but not required, list as such):

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • 2 to 3 years in revenue management, market planning or financial analysis preferred

  • Prior cruise or travel industry experience preferred

  • MBA or strong data analytics background is helpful

  • Proficient in Mircosoft Office Applications -Excel, PPT, Word

  • Experience in Tableau and PowerBI a plus

  • Working knowledge of computerized yield/revenue management and database management systems

This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).

  • Base Salary Range: $59,200.00 to $79,900.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
