Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the department's strategic goals and objectives.

• Ensure alignment between PR strategies and the overall business objectives of clients.

Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and training initiatives to ensure a high-performing team.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.

Client Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact.

• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure that PR services meet or exceed expectations.

• Collaborate with clients to develop PR strategies that align with their goals.

Operations Management:

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Manage the allocation of resources, budgets, and timelines for client projects.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Quality Control:

• Oversee the quality of PR deliverables, including press releases, media pitches, and communication strategies.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of work.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients on PR campaigns' progress and results.

• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of PR strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in PR or communications, with a track record of successful management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in PR software tools and analytics.

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
