Hypower LLC. is currently seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to join our Service Division team. Pay range from $24-$28 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for assisting in the management of projects from start-up to closeout under the direction of a Project Manager.

• Work with supervisors, trade contractors and suppliers regarding assigned schedules, project progress, inventory and material deliveries to ensure attainment of project objectives.

• Learning to analyze blueprints/specifications, review proposals/project requirements.

• Review/prepare shop drawings/submittals.

• Assist in obtaining permits and scheduling inspections.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal/state laws, provide status updates and maintain documentation records.

  QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• 2 years’ work experience in construction and cost management.

• The ability to learn take-offs and estimates.

• Have basic knowledge of various aspects of construction (labor, materials, equipment, methods, etc.) as well as an understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards.

• High organizational skills and the ability to follow procedures.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn customized computer software.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft spreadsheets and power point.
