Job Summary and Qualifications

This individual's primary responsibility is to drive the Division's HCAHPS agenda by working directly, on-site at each facility in the Division.

In addition, this individual will be responsible for the overall corporate quality and patient safety agendas detailed below.

Overall responsibilities:

• Lead All Quality & Clinical initiatives

• Co-lead all IT initiatives with Clinical implications

• Review and analyze standardized reports; oversight of action plans on variances

• Perform targeted audits for validation;

• Development of standard processes, policies and procedures;

• Support and development of facility quality & clinical performance

• Development of templates for new regulatory requirements;

• Collaborate Mth IT&S on technology solutions;

• Initiate division conference calls/meetings;

• Provide monthly deliverables with time frames for projects;

• Support project execution and monitor measures of success

• Maintain & update Division Clinical Operations share' drives

• Field Visits for follow-up of all ORS surveys

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree

• 5 years of experience with the required activities

• RN with valid Florida license preferred

• CPHQ
