ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Our client, a leading luxury automotive brand, is seeking a High End Customer Service Representative to join their team. Are you great in problem solving? The advice giver of your friends? The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide a great experience.

Location: Fort Lauderdale

Pay Rate: Starting $16.50/hr (more depending on shift and language)

What’s the Job?

  • Provide great customer service to customers

  • Attend to customer issues or challenges with patience and empathy

  • Work with department teams to meet customer and client needs

What’s Needed?

  • Experience in customer service, especially in retail or telephone settings

  • Computer saavy, ability to learn front office systems quickly

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to handle high pressure situations with composure
