Title: Program Manager Army Accession Information Environment

Location: Fort Knox, KY

Job Summary

Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking candidates for a Program Manager to support the US Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Accession Information Environment Support Services (AIESS) program. Work will involve overseeing multiple staff and services across multiple locations.

Major Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Responsible for performance of the work and contract compliance

  • Manage workload and ensure support for all tasks

  • Manage Quality Control and monthly reporting

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, management, or related field

  • Must have 10+ years in an advanced program management role experience

  • Demonstrated leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • PMI-ACP or SAFe Agilist Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.

  • Experience in Army Accession Information Environment desired

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Must be able to pass a government background check.
