Responsibilities Serve as the Division Director of the Facilities and Logistics Division, reporting to the Director of the Business Management Directorate. Direct highly technical facilities and logistics management programs that significantly impacts the accomplishment of mission functions across the DCMA. Advise the Director of the Business Management Directorate on the soundness and quality of facilities and logistics programs through studies, metrics, performance reviews and business and financial analysis. Brief the Director of the Business Management Directorate and Agency Chief of Staff on significant facilities and logistics program decisions. Direct multi-functional subordinates who manage critical facilities and logistics mission programs impacting an entire organization. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a Supervisory Facilities Acquisition Manager, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Acquiring and overseeing programs for employee workspace, related logistics, accountable property, Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs), and other high visibility facilities management and logistics assignments. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement facility and logistics support policies and goals or to discuss areas of mutual interest. Working with senior management to establish new fundamental concepts and criteria and stimulate the development of new policies, methodologies, and techniques. Establishing organizational performance objectives and implementing a continuous program of review and analysis of programs. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
