Defense Contract Management Agency SUPERVISORY BUDGET ANALYST in Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia

Responsibilities Serve as the Division Director, Programming and Budget Division, Financial and Business Operations Directorate Responsible for all investment and operations accounts for the Agency, which includes a combination of both and multi-year appropriated accounts Responsible for the Agency's Information Technology budgets, which includes interpretation and implementation of policy, programs, and systems as they relate to Information Technology Prepare all exhibits and justifications required for the Agency's budget submission Develop execution and assessment plans and criteria to monitor the status of funds and to project and make reprogramming recommendations to support future program requirements Establish policy, guidance and procedures for programming and resourcing Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) requirements Responsible for the coordination and development of the Reimbursable Program budget estimates to include Foreign Military Sales Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a Supervisory Budget Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Creditable specialized experience includes: Analyzing and evaluate the effects of continuing changes in financial resources and plans, in order to utilize resources and accomplish Agency's mission Analyzing budgetary relationships in order to develop recommendations to reprogram funds while staying within budgetary constraints Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all resource requests and requirements and their impact on the budget Performing analysis of execution trends to justify and defend resource allocation requests Presenting sensitive recommendations and briefings to the agency Director/Divisions, and other members of the Senior Leader on short and long term issues Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
