What You’ll Get to Do:

Aerial Reconnaissance Surveillance Team (ARST) will provide support services to INSCOM 116th Military Intelligence Brigade. Conduct 24/7 intelligence collection operations of multiple organic and Joint intelligence FMV, A-ISR, GEOINT, SIGINT, PED, and Sensor Operations in support of U.S. Army mission requirements.

More About the Role:

Conduct all-source analytic production by interpreting imagery including visible, infrared, and radar data as well as full motion video for the identification of foreign conventional and unconventional military installations; civilian infrastructure relevant to military capabilities; weapon systems; orders of battle; military equipment and defenses; battle damage assessments; communications; humanitarian efforts.

  • Expertabilityto managepersonnel,requirements,andcoordinationofprojects.

  • Expertcapabilitiestoresearch,create,develop,anddeliverprofessionalbriefings, multimediapresentations,andwrittenreports.

  • Experiencesupportingdecisionmakingandspecialprojectsonintegrationissues, includingthepreparation,production,andcoordinationofwrittenproductsandbriefingsforseniorstakeholders.

  • Experience with assessments,enterprise data integration, governance,and metrics, includingtheapplicationofmetadatamanagementtechniquesanddata modelinganddesign.

  • Expertknowledgeof Army structure and defense level intelligenceoperations:intelligencecollection,fusion,analysis,production,anddisseminationforintelligence databasesandproducts

  • Experiencewithtradecraftandpublicationandabilitytocoordinateand supportcross-communitymeetingsandworkinggroups,assimilatelargevolumesofinformation,andindependentlyproducewrittenreports.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • AA/ASdegree, eight (8)yearsofintelligenceexperienceincluding two (2)oflast five (5)yearssupportingA-ISRoperations.

OR

  • HS Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience with three (3) of last five (5) years supporting A-ISR

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledgeandexperiencewithintelligenceoperationsandinassistingwithdraftingexpertassessmentsacrossoperationsprioritiesonbehalfofthestakeholder.

  • SpecializedtrainingfromanyintelligencecollectionandanalysisschoolorcertificationtoincludeGEOINTProfessionalCertification(GPC-F,GPCIA-ll, GPCGA-11,GPC_IS-11,etc.)

  • KnowledgeandunderstandingoftheNationalSystemforGEOINT(NSG)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,100 - $124,100
