TTP/IRR Director performs a variety of supervisory functions and technical support and oversight of the activities pursuant to the Tribal Transportation program portion of the Federal Highway Transportation Act for the Uintah and Ouray Roads Program. 

• Manage and provide leadership for all staff members of the TTP/IRR Department. 
• Complete and maintain budgets for the TTP/IRR Program
• Provide overall direction, coordination, evaluation and appraising performance of employees.
• Creates, maintains and updates the Tribe's Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) including annual revisions to program budgets and prioritization of projects.
• Plan with the Maintenance Director the roadway maintenance and equipment needs of the program
• Maintain adequate contract records and files on all road projects and related material for Tribal archives
• Develop and maintain a working relationship with the appropriate entities such as municipality, State, other Tribal governments, Federal, Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service, Federal Highways Administration, etc

• Facilitate public review of the Long-Range Transportation Improvement Plan and update and add new inventory as necessary
