Ute Tribe Asst. Water Systems Director
- Conducts an inventory of the tribal water systems assets in developing a tribal rate study and to assess in program evaluation
- Assists with developing maintenance plans, schedules, and coordinates work order activities with staff
- Assists in developing plans and recommendations for improving the water and wastewater systems to promote effective development and results
- Monitors all work, maintenance plans, scheduled and work orders including construction projects and sampling plans to insure results in a timely manner
- Assists tribal directors and other officials in evaluating community needs and infrastructure requirements
- Keep abreast on economic and legal issues affecting water and wastewater systems management
- Coordinates and/or attends meetings as necessary to formulate and develop infrastructure policies and ordinances; and to formulate plans and the design for community infrastructure needs
- Write reports for Water Systems as well as reports to the EPA as required
- Handles complaints from customers and placing on work orders as appropriate. Maintains customer files, past due payments, and collection processes
- Maintain personnel files and review Personal Policies and Procedures as needed for any situation that arises either from discipline or review
