Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented LMS Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage an OSINT Learning Management System (LMS) application capable of enhancing the current OSINT training through online virtual delivery and providing a synthetic training environment to model and simulate real-world OSINT activities.

  • Provide the ability to host the OBC curriculum, learning materials, schedules, announcements, and a course-level chat capability, including separate portals for students and instructors/administrators.

  • Provide the the ability to manage a customized browser-based Windows desktop and applications to both the OBC students, instructors, and administrative personnel to meet the virtual course requirements.

  • Provide the the ability to log and monitor training activities so that instructors and administration personnel can verify that students have conducted their OSINT training activities in accordance with the mandated TTPs.

  • Provide the development of training scenarios, artifacts, content, and data packages for application and use within the synthetic training environment.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors & 9+ years of experience, Masters & 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 4+ years of experience

  • Ability to provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.

  • Ability to monitor and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs. Knowledge to assess future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country (including the U.S.).

  • Skills to research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and the senior leadership, develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations, support development and analysis of intelligence products, present analysis or products to customers, and support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community wide support.

  • TS/SCI Clearance with SCI eligibility
