What You’ll Get to Do

Provide direct support to the government customer and work with on-site CACI employees assisting with laboratory and field-testing events.

More About the Role

  • Assist with laboratory and field-testing events, utilizing your knowledge of military systems.

  • Work alongside government personnel to write test plans, compile post mission summary reports, coordinate the shipping of equipment to the field, assist with pre-/post-test integration and pack-out.

  • Coordinate with test facility personnel to plan and execute the test event to meet the customer’s requirements.

  • Additional technical responsibilities which include learning to operate sensors and field instrumentation.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Individual must have an associate degree or higher in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) related field.

  • Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS within 6 months of hire date.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with leading, coordinating, and/or executing field tests.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ leadership or management experience as a Team Lead, Test Lead, or other equivalent leadership position.

  • Demonstrate a high aptitude for collaborating with a team, completing tasks on time, communicating with external customers and senior leaders.

  • Prior experience working with military systems.

  • Able to work on-site at the Ft. Belvoir facility a minimum of three days a week.

  • Must be willing to work in the field under adverse conditions on military installations and test ranges.

  • Must be able to travel internationally.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM related field.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
