Candidate must be a US citizen and have an active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI and obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
Position Description: In support of a premier intelligence operations agency, we are seeking an All-Source Analyst with experience in military Information Operations. The intelligence analyst is responsible for all-source intelligence analysis concentrated on countering cyber, nuclear, biological, and chemical proliferation issues; global countering of cyber, nuclear, biological, and chemical proliferation efforts; assisting with providing intelligence support for contingency operations, operational- and strategic-level planning, Joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy in various regions. Qualified analysts will need to leverage critical thinking and flexibility to explore and seek out new and accurate data sources, create effective queries, combine information from disparate sources, and sift through raw data to be able to apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to turn the data into valuable intelligence and build assessments for senior policy makers and DoD leaders. Analysts will gain practical experience with advanced GPU technologies, cyber security, and data science. A successful analyst will possess strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset and will be capable of working without considerable direction, as well as mentor and supervise team members, as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide operational mission support, including but not limited to:
Leverage subject matter expertise to coordinate, plan, schedule, and synchronize Information Operations related capabilities, operational missions, exercises, experiments, specialized training requirements, teams, working groups, and events for command and supported organizations
Prepare reports for quality control/assurance and dissemination by military, defense, and intelligence agencies/organizations
Plan and coordinate support to command and Army Services Component Command exercises such as White Cells, participation in the training audience, or serving as observer controllers
Promote Information Operations interoperability among Joint, Army, and other military service organizations and defense/intelligence agencies in support of the command and supported unit missions
Utilize online tools and automated systems, such as Nvidia and Splunk, to collect information, research requirements, support information dissemination, input orders and requirements, and maintain situational awareness of the information environment
Plan and support the integration of information operations and intelligence analysis related capabilities into Joint and Service component exercises, experiments, and training events
Research and produce Information Operations assessments, reports, and projections
Participate in working groups and planning teams to develop courses of action; coordinate and synchronize capabilities; and advise on the appropriate utilization of information related capabilities
Collaborate with team analysts to develop, maintain, and brief orientations to the information environment for units deploying in support of operations
Develop and maintain command operational memoranda of agreement/understanding of Army and other supporting/supported commands, activities, and agencies
Maintain awareness of, analyze, develop, review, and make recommendations for current and emerging Department of Defense and Service Information Operations, cyber operations, electronic warfare doctrine, policy, regulations, directives, and guidance for updates, changes, or revisions
Maintain awareness of and contribute to Information Operations, Cyberspace, and Cybersecurity operations lessons learned and studies to improve future tactics, techniques, and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a classified environment
BA or BS degree required
Ability to work well in a diverse team to address client needs
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting the intelligence community (IC), DoD, or military intelligence operations/analysis
Ability to brief high-level government and senior military officials, medium to large audiences
Current U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI and a CI-Polygraph eligibility; applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to organize and prioritize numerous customer requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision
Experience with threat network analysis
Knowledge of threat groups, including either state or non-state actors
