Boehringer Ingelheim Personnel Administration Associate in Fornovo San Giovanni, Italy

THE POSITION

In this role, you will report to the Local Services Manager and take charge of crucial administrative tasks related to personnel management. From maintaining employee records to managing HR documents and be responsible for the whole payroll process.

Tasks&Responsibilities

  • Responsible for payroll process management ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time

  • Liaise with Public authorities, check of contribution calculations and declarations (F24, DM10, CU)

  • Management of Pension funds communication for employees’ subscription and checks with payroll calculation

  • Collaboration in analysis of Labor Law updates (implementation in HR systems)

  • Support HRBP and other company functions

  • Contingent work & interns management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Ms Office; knowledge of ADP would be considerate a plus

  • Fluent in Italian and good command of English (level B2).

  • Confidentiality and professionalism

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player mentality.
