Job Description: The position is for the Lead PR03U position in the sensor X/ Trim Table department. It will be scheduled for 2nd shift. It has a base pay of $17.20 per hour, and the possibility of an incentive of up to $2.25 for great attendance. This position oversees the general operation of their assigned department in the absence of the supervisor. The team member will be required to assist the supervisor with staffing and maintaining paperwork. The position is also responsible for communicating the needs and issues of team members to supervisors and to other team members. The Lead further assists team members whenever required and completes other duties as assigned. All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history. This facility accepts rehires after 365 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson.
