Randstad is searching for exceptional CNC Mill Machinists for a leading Plastic Injection Molding company located in the Northeast Metro. salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 3 PM - 1 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Complete set-ups, run production quantities, perform tool changes and machine off-set adjustments to ensure part quality on CNC machines

• Perform inspection on parts using various methods and various types of inspection equipment

• Blueprint reading with the use of GD&T

• Tight tolerances down to + .0002”

• Perform a wide range of turning, drilling, tapping and milling operations

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• CNC Mill Machining (3 years of experience is preferred)

• CNC Mill Setup (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Blueprint Reading
