JOB REQUIREMENTS: ADVOCAP\'s Head Start program is accepting applications for a Program Aide for our 2024/2025 program year! Head Start prepares children ages 3-5 with quality early childhood education in Fond du Lac and Green Lake counties. We help families reach financial, career, and educational goals, while building resilience and confidence for the entire family. This position will need to have a welcoming and friendly personality to ensure comfortability in working with kids and families that align with our core mission and values for all employees. This position is an essential part of a team responsible for working in the classroom as well as assisting in the kitchen and bus monitoring as needed. You will help create and sustain an educational environment by helping manage child behaviors and learning while supporting the Teacher and Teacher Assistant. This entry-level position is the perfect starting point if you are looking to get started in Early Childhood education.
