We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the critical role of Program Quality Engineer, essential for maintaining and enhancing our Program Quality and Foley Site Quality improvement efforts. What YOU will do

• You will provide insightful analysis and interpretation of metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization in line with organizational goals.

• Prepare reports and presentations that clearly articulate the performance and progress of Quality initiatives and communicate to the Program team and stakeholders

• Participate on the preventive tool deployment (PFMEA/control plan/MSA…)

• Closely interface with external and internal customers and key partners to establish effective relationships.

• Lead and perform root cause analysis, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed loop process controls to improve product/process predictability and capability.

• Support implementation of APQP/PPAP as applicable.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with program leadership team to define and implement quality improvement strategies.

• Support AS9100 Internal, Corporate, and Certification Audits.

• Work with predictive and proactive measures and metrics assessments and develop actions to improve performance or mitigate problems.

• Ability to collaborate with program team members to develop practical solutions to complex problems.

  Education & Experience

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

• Working experience with Quality Management Systems, to include ISO 9001, AS9100 and/or AS9102.

• Experience leading teams.

  Qualifications you must have

• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

• Working knowledge and experience in AS9145 (Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)).

• Knowledge and experience in the effective use of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) containment and analysis process and resources.

• Knowledge of Quality principles and processes including AS9100

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
