GE Healthcare is offering an exciting opportunity for a Process Transformation leader. This individual will collaborate with our Delivery and Installation teams to drive transformation in our Magnetic Resonance (MR) business. The ideal candidate will lead the teams in significantly improving delivery and installation processes globally. Collaborating with Initiative Leaders and Subject Matter Experts in manufacturing, logistics, mechanical installation, and Field Service teams will also be a vital aspect of the role. This position is most suitable for a candidate located in the Florence, SC area.

Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the simplification and optimization of the MR delivery and installation process improvement globally, including the following:

  • Leading the process mapping using Lean Methodologies

  • Performing KPI and root cause analysis, facilitating problem-solving, and providing direct feedback to workstream owners

  • Developing and leading communication, training, and change management sessions for newly developed capabilities within regional operations teams

  • Working with cross-functional business leaders to ensure processes are aligned and sustainable globally.

  • Maintaining a customer-centric focus to align actions and roadmaps for creating value for GEHC's customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations and a minimum of three years of relevant experience working in operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain management; or Associate's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations and a minimum five years of relevant experience working in operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain management

  • Traveling 25% to manufacturing, logistics, or customer locations, including overnight stays, may be necessary.

  • Possesses a valid US State Driver's License

Desired Characteristics:

  • MBA or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain

  • Proficiency in core lean principles, including value stream mapping, standard work, problem-solving, and daily management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional, multicultural teams.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills

  • Ability to motivate, develop, and influence at all levels within an organization.

  • Generates enthusiasm to achieve company objectives through the development and clear communication of practical operational plans and strategies.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills that drive growth, clearly understanding factors affecting GEHC businesses and our suppliers.
