Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and focused Machine Operator to manage multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment of a moderate complex nature. The successful candidate will handle the setup and pre-running of the equipment to ensure a seamless production start-up, and control various aspects including line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and overall product elegance and safety. You will be responsible for conducting various quality checks and completing all required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) using tools such as SAP, SOP#s, Safety operation, and training, as appropriate. It is crucial for the candidate to conduct themselves and ensure their subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Florence, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Our facility is primarily a cold environment as we manufacture frozen pizzas. However, if you are assigned to the bakery, it can be warm. On the whole, expect a cold 40-degree plant setting.
