SUMMARY
Responsible for providing dining service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of guest services.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant guests in accordance with venue standards.
- Performs necessary tasks to service guests.
- Takes and fills all food and drink orders and assists in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner.
- Maintains current knowledge of the menu and of key ingredients.
- Performs pre-busing of tables on a continual basis, keeping tables free of excess clutter.
- Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
- Monitors guests needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled in accordance with policies and procedures.
Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
All other duties as assigned.
REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Food and Beverage Supervisor and then the Food and Beverage Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
- The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- The ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.

``` - Proven experience providing high level of guest service. - The ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide. - The ability to read, write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.

``` - The availability to work all shifts. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations. - Must be at least 18 years old. - Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company. - The ability to verify the right to work in the United States.
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two to three years of food server experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for prolonged periods of time. Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, sit, climb, balance, carry and lift to 50 lbs. Constant use of hearing, speech, vision (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus), radios, and tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
