Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Leominster! This is a Direct Hire opportunity on Night Shift.

Shift: 12 hour rotating day shift, with a 4-day on, 3-day off followed by a 3-day on, 4-day off schedule.

Pay: $30-$42/hr DOE

Job Summary:

We're searching for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in performing maintenance on our machines during the night shift. This is your chance to play a vital role in our success! To ensure that all parts produced on the assigned production lines machine are of acceptable quality and packed according to standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, alter, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical molding and lining equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems

• Perform all required preventative maintenance tasks within the timeline specified on all assigned equipment in the molding department and building utilities/infrastructure

• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume

• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

• Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, hydraulic and electrical prints, and procedure manuals

• Capable of effective communication with tech support in trouble shooting scenarios and parts procurement

Requirements:

• 7 years + combined maintenance experience on injection molding machines and related production equipment preferred

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. over shoulder height and 75 lbs. to waist at a minimum of 10 times per day

• Ability to push/pull 200 lbs. at a minimum of 10 times per day

• Must be able to work any shift and mandatory overtime as required

Pay Details: $30.00 to $42.00 per hour
